Brady Minow Smith is a trial attorney for the Salt Lake Legal Defenders. She graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2012. After graduation, she worked for the Office of the State Public Defender in Montana for over two years. She spent one year handling misdemeanors before moving to the felony division. In addition to felony cases, she handled dependent neglect matters and civil commitments. She also specialized in juvenile matters as the office’s head juvenile defender. A Montana native, Brady won the championship buckle in bull riding at the Augusta rodeo in 2010. She moved to Salt Lake City from Montana in 2015 and has been working for the Legal Defenders in the misdemeanor department ever since.
