Charity Shreve earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Utah State University. She participated in several archeology digs and was a teaching assistant. She attended University of Idaho College of Law and graduated in 2004. While in law school, Charity worked in the Appellate Clinic. She argued in front of the Idaho Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, San Francisco, California. She also worked with the Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington D.C. and is published in the Congressional Record.
Charity began her legal career as a legal clerk for a District Court Judge in Idaho. She became a trail attorney in 2005. Charity has taken over 50 cases to trial and has defended thousands of clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges, including homicide, rape, kidnapping, robbery, burglary, assault, theft, and drug charges. In her free time Charity enjoys Yoga, gardening and reading.
