Cliff Venable has been a trial attorney with the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association since 2010. He graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University, Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central School of Law and was accepted to participate in the Trial Practice Institute at the National Criminal Defense College.
If he would have failed out of law school, like his mom said he would, Cliff would be a construction demolition expert or a lifty at snowbird. During his time in law school he learned that no interest is good unless it must vest, if at all, not later than twenty-one years after the death of some life in being at the creation of the interest and he briefly owned a tenancy in common in black acre until it was adversely possessed by a hostile disseisor. Cliff regularly lectures to his children about a variety of topics and he has a dog and a cat though he doesn’t like either pet. Cliff once ventured to Goodland, Kansas, to see the paint by numbers reproduction of van Gogh’s “3 Sunflowers In A Vase” located on the World’s Largest Easel and, before he dies, he would like to see the sun rise up behind Machu Picchu on a post card.
