Expungements:

While our office cannot assist you in expunging your criminal record, information about the expungement process is available on the Utah Courts website  Expunging Adult Criminal Records.

You may seek assistance with expungements from the following organizations who may provide expungement services pro bono, but the client may incur about $250 in costs and fees.

If you do not qualify for an expungement, you may be interested in applying for a pardon with the Utah Board of Pardons and Parole.
