Nick Anthony Falcone has worked at Salt Lake Legal Defender Association for over a decade. Nick graduated, twice, from the University of Utah with Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Journalism with a minor in English Literature. Nick was accepted and attended a semester at the University of Cambridge in England in 1995 with an emphasis in criminal law. Later Nick attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, receiving his Juris Doctor Degree. While at law school Nick received the award of best brief at the Philip Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition at Berkley University, in California. Nick is a member of the Utah State Bar, Washington D.C. Bar and the US Supreme Court Bar. Nick is most proud of his work in public defense, including working with the Hispanic community, defense against the death penalty, the many jury trials, motion hearings and negotiations that have resulted in improving the lives of his clients.
