Congratulations to Teresa Welch, who is leaving us to become a judge for the Third District Court. Teresa Welch was a double threat and excelled in both trial and appellate practice. Teresa was always available to help her colleagues, and they will miss her encyclopedic knowledge and excellent sense of humor.
