R. Elisabeth Ferguson

Elisabeth graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. She joined the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association in 2019. She has an undergraduate degree in Middle East Studies and Arabic from Brigham Young University. She specializes in domestic violence defense, drug offenses, DUIs, misdemeanors, including assault, criminal mischief, Fourth Amendment issues and sentencing and mitigation.
