Let us help you!
If you have been appointed to our office, please feel free to contact us.
Virtual Hearings with Webex
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Third District Court is holding hearings virtually, using Webex. Instructions on using Webex can be located here: Utah Court Webex Instructions. Some of the courts include links to webex on their calendar. You can find calendars here: https://www.utcourts.gov/cal/. They are searchable by name – select “search by party name” and enter your first and last names.
If you are represented by the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, we can send you a link to Webex court via email. Please call 801-532-5444 and provide your attorney an e-mail address or the phone number you will be using to call into court. We usually receive the links the day before court is held. If you have any problems logging in, contact your attorney and we will do our best to help you navigate any technical difficulties.
If you do not have reliable access to email, internet, or a phone, please let your attorney know and arrangements can be made. You can go to the courthouse for your hearing where video and phone access are provided by the court.
If you need to schedule an arraignment (the first court appearance on a justice court case) please call the Salt Lake City Justice Court at (801) 535-6300; go to the court house at 333 S 200 E Salt Lake City, UT 84111; or visit their website https://www.slc.gov/courts/2020/06/15/bookable-calendars/.
